Contact: hello@clockoutapp.com

1) Zero-tolerance statement

Clockout has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse material (CSAM), child exploitation, grooming, sextortion, or any sexualization of minors. We remove it immediately, report it to the appropriate authorities, and disable accounts involved.

2) Definitions

  • Minor/child: Anyone under 18 years old.

  • CSAM: Any visual/text/audio content that depicts or sexually exploits a minor, including AI-generated or manipulated imagery.

  • Grooming/sexual exploitation: Attempts to befriend, coerce, or manipulate a minor for sexual purposes (including requests for sexual images, in-person meetings, or extortion).

3) Prohibited content & conduct

  • Any sexual content involving a minor (real, fictitious, or AI-generated).

  • Nudity or sexualized imagery of people who appear under 18, even if age is unknown.

  • Grooming, sextortion, sexual comments/messages toward minors, or attempts to obtain sexual content.

  • Links to, instructions for finding, or storage of CSAM.

  • Impersonating a minor to solicit sexual content.

4) Reporting & user tools

  • In-app: “Report” button on profiles, posts, and messages → choose “CSAE/Child Safety”.

  • Email: abuse@clockout.app (include screenshots/URLs, time, and user handle).

  • We prioritize child-safety reports; you will receive an acknowledgement within 24 hours.

5) Enforcement process

  • Immediate removal of suspected CSAM; account suspension pending review.

  • Permanent bans for confirmed violations; associated devices/payment methods may be blocked.

  • Mandatory reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) in the U.S., and/or to competent authorities in other jurisdictions, as required by law.

  • We preserve evidence (hash, metadata, IP, logs) for law-enforcement and NCMEC per legal retention obligations.

6) Detection & prevention

  • Hash-matching of known CSAM where available (e.g., industry hash lists).

  • Classifier/heuristic signals to elevate suspected grooming or sextortion for human review.

  • Age-appropriate design: no public discovery for under-18 accounts; restricted features; heightened review.

  • Human moderation with child-safety escalation runbooks and 24/7 on-call for urgent cases.

7) Safeguards for minors

  • Prohibit sexual content in all under-18 spaces.

  • Limit contact from unknown adults; default stricter privacy for minors.

  • Surface safety tips and easy block/report controls.

8) Training & reviewer wellness

  • Moderators receive specialized CSAE training, legal requirements, evidence handling, and trauma-informed practices.

  • Access to mental-health resources and rotation limits for CSAE queues.

9) Transparency

  • We publish periodic Child Safety metrics (reports received, actions taken, average response time) in our Safety Center.
